- You may place orders with or without creating an account
- All provided information must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- Any unauthorized account activity is your responsibility

Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
- Prices may or may not include VAT/taxes
- We accept Bkash, Nagad, and Debit/Credit Cards
- Advance payment (৳200–৳1000) may be required for order confirmation
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
- Discounts and offers are valid for a limited time and subject to stock availability

Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available only within Bangladesh
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Delivery charges may vary based on location and order value
- Delivery may take longer during Eid, festivals, or peak sale seasons

Return, Exchange & Refund
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags and packaging
- Refund applies only for defective, wrong, or damaged products
- Innerwear, swimwear, and personal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days

Product Quality & Authenticity
- Every item is checked for quality before dispatch
- Actual color may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings
- Handmade or embroidered items may have slight natural variations
- Size measurements may vary slightly (approximately ±0.5–1 inch)
- Please follow the fabric care instructions provided with the item

- “পণ্য” বলতে সকল পোশাক, অ্যাপারেল, জুতা ও ফ্যাশন এক্সেসরিজ বোঝানো হচ্ছে

অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন
- অর্ডার অ্যাকাউন্টসহ বা ছাড়াও করা যাবে
- তথ্য সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ হতে হবে
- পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব
- অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার আপনার দায়িত্ব

মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় প্রদর্শিত হয়
- মূল্যে ভ্যাট/কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নাও থাকতে পারে
- বিকাশ, নগদ, কার্ড পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য
- অর্ডার কনফার্মের জন্য ২০০–১০০০ টাকা অ্যাডভান্স লাগতে পারে
- মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষিত
- ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার সীমিত সময়ের জন্য এবং স্টক সাপেক্ষে প্রযোজ্য

ডেলিভারি নীতি
- শুধু বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করা হয়
- ঢাকা: ১–২ কার্যদিবস
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস
- লোকেশন অনুযায়ী চার্জ পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
- ঈদ, উৎসব বা সেলের সময় ডেলিভারি একটু দেরি হতে পারে

রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড
- ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য
- পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অপরিবর্তিত ও ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে
- ভুল/ডিফেক্টিভ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য
- হাইজিনের কারণে অন্তর্বাস ও সাঁতারের পোশাক ফেরতযোগ্য নয়
- ৭–১৪ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে

পণ্যের গুণমান ও আসলতা
- ডেলিভারির আগে প্রতিটি পণ্য যাচাই করা হয়
- ছবি বা স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে
- হাতের কাজ বা এমব্রয়ডারিতে স্বাভাবিক সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে
- মাপে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে (প্রায় ±০.৫–১ ইঞ্চি)
- পোশাকের যত্নের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করুন

ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন:
- আইনসম্মত ব্যবহার করতে হবে
- অন্যের তথ্য গোপন রাখতে হবে
- নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন করা যাবে না
- স্প্যাম বা ক্ষতিকর কন্টেন্ট এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে

মেধাসত্ত্ব
- সকল কন্টেন্ট, লোগো ও ডিজাইন আমার শখ-এর সম্পত্তি
- অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ

গোপনীয়তা নীতি
- তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখা হয়
- শুধু অর্ডার প্রসেসে ব্যবহার করা হয়
- তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় না

শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
- যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
- পরিবর্তন ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে
- ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে গ্রহণযোগ্য ধরা হবে
